Grouping Links into Folders#323

The ability to group Links into folders would make the Link section much more organized. The only way we can currently organize the Links is by dragging them over and kind of organize them into groups, but there is little visual separation.
I feel as a start a 2 level hierarchy of folder and Link would be sufficient.
