Ideally user can using Exchange or local Outlook folders

Momentum is ALMOST a complete “to do” / “time management” / “productivity system.” I say almost, because a calendar integration makes it complete. And for those of us who use Microsoft and not Google, we are out of luck. One can integrate with their Google Calendar, but not Microsoft Calendars. Therefore, for those of us who use Microsoft, we are out of luck.
