Improvements to Soundscape & search features#845

1) after you set the sound settings in Soundscapes, the extension should save the settings, but each time I close and reopen the browser, I loose the settings and have to set the birds, nature, garden sounds to my preference each time. THis should be an easy fix.

2) The search feature should open up searches in a new tab, and not in the same tab where it shuts off the soundscape and anything else in the dashboard screen. I currently have it diabled due to this issue, but I’d keep it on and use it if my searches opened in a new tab, or even a new window(less desireable).
